Your Privacy Choices
Last updated September 8, 2026
This page explains the privacy choices available to you for the HERE applications and websites, operated by ProvenHERE, LLC. It supplements our Privacy Policy at www.provenhere.com/privacy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy at www.provenhere.com/health-data-policy.
1. What We Share, in Plain Terms
We do not sell your personal information for money, we do not display third-party ads inside our apps, and we never share your wellness check-ins or session content with advertising partners. We do share limited device identifiers with Meta (Facebook App Events) to measure whether our own advertising works (for example, to know that an ad led to an app install). Under California law this measurement activity may qualify as "sharing," and you can opt out of it at any time.
2. How to Opt Out of Ad-Measurement Sharing
- iPhone and iPad. When the app asks to track, choose "Ask App Not to Track". You can manage tracking permissions inside the HERE app page in your device settings. We provide a link inside our own Settings → Terms and privacy → Data management → Ad tracking. When tracking is off, we do not use your device identifier for cross-app measurement.
- Android. Use your device's ad privacy settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads) to delete or reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization.
- On our websites. We honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sharing for that browser.
- By email. You can also opt out, or exercise any other privacy right, by emailing hello@provenhere.com with the subject line "Privacy Choices Opt-Out." We will verify your request using the email address associated with your account. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization.
3. Your Wellness Data Is Never Part of This
Emotional check-ins and session content are never used or shared for advertising, regardless of your settings on this page. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy at www.provenhere.com/health-data-policy for how that data is protected and how to delete it.
4. Other Choices
- Delete your account and data. In the app, go to Settings → Terms and privacy → Data management → Delete my account, or email us.
- Marketing emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or manage your preferences in Settings → Communications.
- Push notifications and location. Manage these in your device settings at any time. We provide a link to this inside our own Settings → Communications.
5. No Discrimination, and Appeals
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will have the appeal reviewed.
